Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Gardener Norwood reserves the right to reschedule services in unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or equipment failure. In such cases, we will notify you promptly to arrange a new date and time.
2.2. Service Modifications
Any modifications to the agreed-upon services must be requested in writing and are subject to approval by Gardener Norwood. Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due as per the terms outlined in the service agreement. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. Late payments may incur additional fees and could affect the continuation of services.
3.1. Invoicing
Invoices will be issued upon completion of services or as per the schedule defined in the service agreement. It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely payment to avoid service interruptions.
3.2. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation of services must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the nature of the cancellation and the work already completed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide access to the property during scheduled service times. It is also the client's responsibility to inform us of any specific requirements or hazards present on the property to ensure safety and efficiency.
4.1. Property Access
Ensure that all necessary areas are accessible to our team. Blocked paths or restricted access may result in additional charges or rescheduling of services.
4.2. Liability for Existing Conditions
Gardener Norwood is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues on the property unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
5. Liability and Warranty
We strive to provide high-quality services; however, Gardener Norwood is not liable for unforeseen damages arising from our work. Any warranties related to plants, materials, or workmanship are detailed in the service agreement.
5.1. Damage and Repairs
In the rare event of damage caused by our team, we will undertake necessary repairs or replacements at no additional cost. It is essential to report any issues promptly to facilitate timely resolution.
5.2. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss possible remedies.
6. Privacy Policy
At Gardener Norwood, we value your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We adhere to all relevant data protection laws and ensure your information is secure.
